We’ve recently signed a major long term contract with McConechy's and in so doing have recruited Frank Henderson their accounts/technical manager.
Frank has outlined some of the substantial improvements we can make in automating the accounts and back-office systems which sound fantastic. While Version 11 is still our flagship product we now have a number of options for streamlining the accounts and back office functions which, together with our new DVLA integration solution will form the basis for Version 12
We’ve also recruited a new Sales Director - John Deerin who is very customer orientated and gives us the boost we need on the sales side as we continue to grow our company.
We’ve also teamed up with a Microsoft Gold Business Partner who will be working with us on our e-Commerce solutions, together with solutions for your web site including Content Management, SMS Messaging e-Marketing. Some of the customers include Gleneagles Hotel ,NHS Scotland and British Telecomms.
On the marketing front we are now in partnership with a Digital Printing company offering personalised marketing literature and allowing our customers to achieve greater return on their marketing expenditure. The offering here is one built on “Success based marketing” measuring the response levels achieved compared with more traditional marketing methods and sharing in the profits.
A lot has happened over the past few months within Tyreman to allow us to offer the services we believe our customers want to make their business more profitable and successful in a customer centered environment.
